Having someone to listen to my ideas and actions and bring appropriate focus on why they have been successful or why they need to be more successful. I know tat I will recevied honest feedback where business decisions may seem a bit challenging or radical, whilst maintain balance checks and controls. Although I function well alone, I function best in teams and having had Sandra there to be as a sounding board support and friend has been invaluable on a business and personal level. She has given shape and structure to ideas and helped me to trust my instincts.
