In this podcast I share a little from a thought I had in my own meditation time. It brought back to me the importance of learning to value ourselves. Comparing ourselves with others or looking outside for of ourselves for approval will never bring the personal satisfaction that we all looking for. An affirmation that works for me is “I Am Complete”. Although you may not feel as though you are complete within yourself and on your own as you start to repeat this statement to yourself, with repetition your own belief in yourself will grow.
