Sandra is a Chartered Manager, with qualifications and experience in Management, Training, Personnel and Coaching.

Sandra has an excellent range of knowledge, skills and experience gained through working successfully in a number of different fields.  Her exceptional interpersonal and communications abilities have made her a sort after coach and trainer.

Sandra has a reputation for getting things done and for helping others at all levels, (from start ups to corporate level) to see things from a different point of view; enabling them to engage using innovation, creativity and focusing on bringing about exceptional results and increased profit.

Sandra has an international client list and has worked at senior corporate level in both private and public sectors including Retail, Health & Social Care, Transport, Manufacturing, Voluntary and Social Enterprise.

She has received a number of awards for her work including the Outstanding Contribution Award 2009 and The President’s Award 2007 both from the CMI.  She is Deputy National Chair for CMI Women in Management (WiM), an emda Women’s Ambassador and an East Midlands Business Champion.  She has recently completed a management training programme (360 degrees Assessment) in South Africa for a large government organisation.

Sandra is a regular guest speaker on BBC Radio Leicester, where she talks on management, coaching and many other topics.  She can also be seen and heard at a number of high profile events throughout the Country.
